1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of flashsync.ai, including the waitlist, the referral programme and the website chat assistant. The website is operated by Flash Sync (SMC-Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan (SECP Corporate Unique Identification No. 0355401), with its registered office at 10C Pearl, Block C, Pak Arab Society, Lahore, Pakistan (“Flash Sync”, “we”, “us”).
By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The Flash Sync product will have its own terms of service when it launches.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, and the information you give us must be accurate and your own.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a subscription or any obligation to buy.
- Your waitlist position is a guide only. We may change launch timing, features and pricing before launch.
- We invite people to early access at our discretion, and may do so in batches.
- Any founder discount or early-access offer shown on the website will be confirmed to you by email with its specific terms, such as a limited number of places or a deadline to claim it. Nothing on the website is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.
4. Referral programme
- When you join, you receive a unique referral link. Each valid referral moves you up the waitlist by the number of places shown on the website.
- A valid referral is a new person, using their own real email address, who confirms their sign-up.
- You may not use fake, duplicate or disposable email addresses, refer yourself, use bots or scripts, send spam, post misleading content, or run paid ads that bid on the Flash Sync name.
- We may remove referrals we believe are fraudulent, reset waitlist positions, or remove anyone who breaks these rules.
- Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change, pause or end the referral programme at any time.
5. Website chat assistant
- The chat assistant is an automated AI tool that gives general information about Flash Sync. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- It does not provide career, legal, financial or HR advice, and you should not rely on it for those purposes.
- Do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information about yourself, your employer or other people.
- Do not try to misuse, break or extract information from the chat assistant.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; scrape, copy or harvest its content or data; reverse engineer any part of it; upload malware; or impersonate anyone.
7. Intellectual property
The website content, the Flash Sync name and logo, designs, text and graphics belong to Flash Sync or its licensors. You may view the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
8. Product information and pricing
Descriptions, demos (including the interactive Impact Transformer demo) and prices shown before launch are for illustration. Features and prices may change before launch. Final prices will be shown at checkout when the product is available.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may link to, or use, third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp share buttons. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Sync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Suspension and removal
We may suspend your access to the website, or remove you from the waitlist, if you break these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated Terms apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in another country, you keep any consumer protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
